I’ve always been involved in either marketing or customer service and my mantra has always been Servant Leadership. In order to make a better life for my daughter Shelbi and my dad, I needed to be somewhere that believed in that mantra.

Blessedly, in June 2017, I found the company. At first, I just wanted to travel, then in September 2017, I paid more attention to the Leadership and the Founders and learned that some of them had been leaders at a financial marketing company to that I was previously affiliated; I knew I was in the right place!

I learned that in order to lead from the front, I had to be AT the Front and that success is only achieved by a strong belief level and through continuous effort. The Leaders here urge Servant Leadership, and because of these facts, this company will help me better the lives of both my daughter, my father, and also my teammates.

“Weak leaders expect service; strong leaders, give it” and as a strong leader, I thoroughly believe in that mindset.
